Is it possible for me to get LASIK eye surgery?

I'm 14 at the moment but my eyes are already failing me. The prescription for my left eye is -9.00 and for my right eye it is -9.25. I have astigmatism in both eyes and they've been getting worse yearly, will I be able to get LASIK when I'm old enough to?
