Anyone know about this carecredit payment plans for Lasik?

I'm about to apply online, but I'm wondering what if I chicken out and decide not to get Lasik. Will I be able to cancel the card? I would call them but I think its too late right now, and I want to know. Also, do you have to have good credit to be approved?
