Glaucoma: How do we see the world? - In the Normal Eye, when light passes through -Cornea -Pupil -Lens -And falls on the Retina Thats how wee see the world clearly. The center part of the Retina is called as Macula which allows us to see 100%. What happens in Glaucoma? -Inside of the eye contains fluid that is constantly flowing and drained and out of the eye. -When the drainage Mechanism in the eye gets blocked, it results in the fluid accumulating in the eye. -As the fluid builds up, it begins to expert pressure inside the eye. Types of Glaucoma? - Open Angle Glaucoma -
