I got rid of -0.5 in my left eye and -0.25 astigmatism in my right eye… they key is avoiding your glasses as much as possible. Wear them only when absolutely necessary (work, driving, etc.) Do daily eye exercises, avoid close-up work for long periods of time (TV, computer, reading). If you do, take breaks now and then and look at far objects.. I also highly recommend Lutein, a powerful antioxidant and key component to good vision.. This is what worked for me,. and my vision is still improving

They said that i was born with that problem and they cant do nothing about that.
I went in a private ordinance to be sure (Cuz i live in a 3rd world country) they told me the same
The didn’t tell me what level of astigmatism i have

can i ask you what level of astigmatism do you have? i have something like -1.50 for both eyes. in another video this man says more than -3.00 is considered extreme astigmatism.
if you have a number like that then either you have a stupid doctor or you didn’t understand what they said. 50% of the population suffer a certain degree of astigmatism so its common and thats why ina prescription they have the CYL and Axis part to describe it

Thank you for your interpretation. I would disagree as I have had limited success with exercises, but they are successes none-the-less. I will continue to pursue natural vision correction. I’m trying the Bershak method now.
